1. How many person can enter and use the G-HEALTH's thermal system at one session?

Currently, the G-HEALTH's Thermal System is built only for one person to use at one particular session. Yet, we are in the process of building a larger system that will be able to accomodate more people and share their thermal session.

2. How do I clean the thermal system?

You can use damp cloth with antiseptic to clean the thermal system but do not spray water inside or outside the thermal system cubicle.

3. Will the thermal system be subjected to rust, release of toxins and other forms of poisonous gas release while I'm operating it?

G-HEALTH's thermal system operates on the natural infrared energy that comes from the sun which is beneficial to the overall health of humans. The technology to harness that energy has been tapped to pass strict international safety standards to ensure that no harmful toxins and gas will be emitted in its operation. It was also manufactured to be rust-free.

4. Is there any disease that I may contract while using G-HEALTH's thermal system?

No. G-HEALTH's thermal system is built using quality materials and has undergone strict quality control by independent bodies in addressing customer satisfaction.

5. Who can I contact if I need someone to service/repair/maintain my thermal system?

6. What kind of ornaments/decoration/materials/electrical items can I put inside the thermal system?

You can only put reading materials such as Magazines and Books. We strictly discourage you to put drinks or mechanical items as the heat and the humidity generated by the thermal system may cause damages to them.
